16 injured in bus blast near Kurram Agency

PESHAWAR: A remote-controlled explosive device hit a passenger bus in Parchar Khel area of Kurram Agency, injuring 16 passengers and damaging the bus partially, political authorities said on Friday. According to Political Agent Shahab Ali Shah, the bus was on its way to Peshawar from Parachinar when the roadside bomb exploded in Parchar Khel area. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital.Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area and launched a search operation. End.... more
