COLOMBO: Sri Lanka’s Lasith Malinga was pitched into his first World Cup Group A match on Tuesday as Kenya won the toss and elected to bat first. Malinga missed the co-hosts’ first two games because of a sore back. He replaced Thisara Perera. Sri Lanka also made one other change from the team that lost to Pakistan on Saturday. Spinner Ajantha Mendis was included ahead of left-arm spinner Rangana Herath. Kenya made two changes with David Obuya and Peter Ongondo coming in for Rakep Patel and Thomas Odoyo.
