Three SSPs among eight reshuffled

LAHORE, Feb 23: Punjab Inspector-General Javed Iqbal has issued transfer and posting orders for eight senior police officers, including three SSPs. According to a notification issued on Wednesday, Police Headquarters AIG (Logistics) Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry has been transferred and posted as Punjab Special Branch SSP. AIG (Admin) Ehsanullah Bajwa has been posted as AIG (Legal). Sihala Police College (Administration) SSP Ahmad Jamalur Rehman has been posted as Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) SSP while awaiting posting SP Ahmad Arsalan Malik has been posted as CTD SP. SP Masroor Alam Kolachi has been posted as Lahore Community Policing SP and Kamran Adil as Kasur Additional SP. Rana Mansoorul Haq who was awaiting posting, has been posted as D G Khan (PHP) SP and Athar Waheed has been posted as Faisalabad Investigation SP. APTMA: A seven-member delegation of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (Aptma) called on the IG at his office on Wednesday. The delegation informed the IG about some security issues being faced by them. The IG assured the delegation that all necessary measures would be taken to ensure security, protection and well being of business community.
