100-hour hunger strike

LARKANA, March 27: Four activists of Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM) began a 100-hour hunger strike at Koto-Moto Chowk in Shahdadkot on Sunday in protest against "enforced disappearance" of four members of the party, including its general secretary Muzaffar Bhutto.

The organiser of JSMM`s student wing, Suhail Bhatti, accused secret agencies of having picked up the men two months ago and said there had been no information about them. He demanded their immediate release.

Leaders of the Sindh National Party and PPP (SB) also visited hunger strike camp to express solidarity with the protesters.
