IHC orders inquiry into encroachment of CDA land

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court on Tuesday directed Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Syed Tahir Shahbaz to conduct a thorough inquiry into land encroachment by Bahria Dastar Khwan and apprise the court about the delinquent officers in this regard.
