Hindu pilgrims allowed to enter India after protest
LAHORE: As many as 222 Hindu pilgrims who were refused entry into India on Friday staged a protest at the Wagha Border following which they were granted permission to enter the country. The yatris (pilgrims) had been stopped at the border by Rangers despite visas being issued by the Indian High Commission.
