Afghanistan to move UN if cross-border attacks by Pak-Taliban not resolved diplomatically

Afghanistan has warned that it would move the United Nations if the issue of escalating tensions over cross-border attacks by Taliban insurgents and retaliatory action from Pakistani security forces is not resolved diplomatically.
