20 killed as bus overturns

SHEIKHUPURA: Rescue sources and eyewitnesses on Monday said that at least 20 passengers were killed and 35 injured, some of them critically, when a speedy bus overturned near Sheikhupura district. According to police, the bus was heading towards Lahore from Sangla Hill when it overturned due to over-speeding. As a result, 20 commuters were killed while 35 others received injuries.
