Three kidnappers killed in 'police encounter'

PESHAWAR: Three alleged kidnappers were killed in an encounter at Ashrafabad in district Mardan, police said on Wednesday. On a tip-off about the presence of the outlaws wanted for kidnapping Muhammad Hussain for ransom, police conducted a raid on a compound. The police retaliated when the kidnappers opened fire.
