BHC orders Rind's arrest in kidnapping case

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court on Monday issued arrest warrants of former federal minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Khan Rind by revoking his interim bail in kidnapping for ransom case. Divisional Bench of BHC comprised Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mangal. Police had registered the case of kidnapping for ransom against chief of Rind tribe and ex SAFRON minister during Musharraf regime, but he got interim bail form the court. End.... more
