Court rejects bail plea of two top officials in Hajj scam

RAWALPINDI: The special court has rejected the bail applications of former DG Hajj Rao Shakil and ex Additional Secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs Aftab-ul-Islam, apprehended in Hajj scandal case. The judge Iftikhar Ali Khan has recorded the statement of two witnesses of the prosecution and adjourned the hearing till today(Thursday).The court had framed charge sheet against Rao Shakil as he got job by tempering the documents.
