Pakistan govt to get rid of PM-hunter Chief Justice

The on-going tussle between the executive and the judiciary in Pakistan is expected to take a new twist with the Pakistan government proposing to amend the constituion and simplify the procedure to oust Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry.
