ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar has been made minister for water and power.Sources in the Water and Power Ministry told our sources that a notification about this change had been issued and sent to the Defence Ministry. According to a private TV channel, Ahmad Mukhtar is ready to accept the challenge of addressing the menace of load shedding.
