Alleged bandit killed in encounter; man shot dead

KARACHI: An alleged bandit was shot dead while other fled during an encounter on II Chundrigar Road within the limits of Mithadar police station.The incident took place on II Chundrigar Road where two bandits entered a petrol pump near Uni Plaza, snatched Rs 7,000 from a cashier and tried to flee when two police constables rushed there and tried to intercept them but they opened aerial fire and tried to flee.
