5.3 magnitude quake jolts northern areas

ISLAMABAD: A moderate intensity earthquake of magnitude 5.3 on the Richter Scale hit the country's northern areas on Saturday. The tremors were felt in the northern parts, including Swat, Lower Dir, Mansehra, Abbottabad and surrounding areas, the Met Office said.
