KASUR: The unofficial results of the by-elections in NA-140 for both leading candidates, Dr Azeemuddin Lukhvi and Malik Rasheed Ahmad, remain a question mark.Kasur Returning Officer Tahir Mansoor Khan announced early on Sunday morning that Malik Rasheed had won the by-election by securing 47,260 votes, and that Dr Azeemuddin was the runner-up with 47,187 votes.
